Pile Insoles The soles can be used with the fur side facing down to the shoe sole. This ensures extra good friction between insoles and footwear. It is arbitrary if the sole is used with the fur side facing up or down, the sole gives the user the same amount of insulation. The insoles can be washed at 60 °C. The insoles have been used by several different groups of users, ranging from different countries' military to professional use, sports, and leisure.
